Terms of Service
These Terms govern your access to and use of the PassCtrl.AI assessment, reports, and related services. By using the service, you agree to these Terms.
1. The Service
PassCtrl.AI provides an AI readiness assessment for Australian small and medium businesses. The free Health Check and any paid reports are informational only. They are not financial, legal, tax, or technical advice, and should not be relied on as such. You remain responsible for decisions made about your business.
2. Payment
The paid AI Action Plan is a one-time purchase of A$199 AUD. There is no subscription, no recurring charge, and no hidden fees. Payments are processed by Stripe; we do not see or store your card details.
3. Refund Policy
We offer a 7-day refund window from the date of purchase. See our Refund Policy for the full terms and how to request a refund.
4. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PassCtrl.AI is not liable for any business, financial, or other decisions you make based on the content of a report. Reports are generated by AI models and may contain errors, omissions, or inaccuracies. You should independently verify any recommendation before acting on it. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be lawfully excluded.
5. Intellectual Property
The reports we generate are licensed to the purchasing business for internal use only. You may share them within your organisation, but you may not resell, republish, or otherwise commercially distribute them. PassCtrl.AI retains ownership of the underlying assessment methodology, software, and templates.
6. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. You agree to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales for any matter arising under them.
