Refund Policy
1. Our Commitment
We want every customer to be satisfied with their AI Action Plan. If the report isn't useful to you, we want to make it right. This policy explains how and when we issue refunds.
2. Eligibility
You may request a refund within 7 days of the original purchase date. Requests outside this window will be considered on a case-by-case basis under the Australian Consumer Law.
3. How to Request a Refund
Email hello@passctrl.ai with the subject line:
Refund Request — [Order Email]
Please include:
- The email address used at purchase
- The approximate purchase date
- A short note on why you're requesting a refund (optional, but helpful)
4. Processing
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Stripe typically completes the transfer within 5–10 business days. We will email you a confirmation once the refund has been issued on our side.
5. Exceptions
We do not issue refunds where the paid report PDF has been downloaded and we can see it has been forwarded externally. PDF delivery is tracked. This exception exists to prevent abuse and does not limit any rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law.
